Pre-Birth has been formulated to support normal muscle tone and natural child birth. It is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet form.

Dosage

Oral Spray - Use 2 sprays per dose orally twice a day for 15 days prior to due date of birth. Use Birth Aid once labour has started.

Tablets - 2 tablets per dose twice a day for 15 days prior to due date of birth. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.

Pre-Birth contains homoeopathic potencies of Arnica , Caulophyllum , Cimicifuga Racemosa , Pulsatilla  and Gelsemium all in a 5c potency.
