"I called on Wednesday and spoke to a lady (I think her name was Pat; she had grandchildren and was hoping the next one was a girl!). She was so helpful and friendly and even went out of her way to phone the distributor of the product I was enquiring about to find out more information. She then called me straight back with everything I needed to know. I was so impressed by this that I was 100% sure I was going to make an internet order for the activity gym I was enquiring about. After placing my order, I was sent an email confirmation and the item arrived yesterday! I was not only shocked and impressed that it had arrived so quickly, but was also impressed as it arrived well packaged, in excellent condition and the item was even better than the picture on the website!
I am truly impressed by Wobbles customer services via phone and the ease of an internet sale . Not only was the courier quick, it was a bonus that the courier charge is an affordable $6, therefore also making it easier to make further orders! This was my first internet purchase for baby items and I think Wobble offer exceptional service with exceptional baby items.
