How does the Loyalty Program work?

How do Referral points work?

 

Loyalty Program

The Wobble loyalty program allows you to earn points on purchases made. The points can be redeemed for products or gift vouchers. The program details are as follows -

 

1 point earned for every dollar spent (2 points during August double points month) . When you have 500 or any denomination of 500 points, you can redeem them. For example 500, 1000, 1500 etc.

  • 500 points entitles you to $25 worth of loyalty

  • 1000 points entitles you to $50 worth of loyalty, and so on

  • $25 Gift Voucher

  • $50 Gift Voucher

If you purchased a Mountain Buggy Swift worth $629, you would earn 629 points (1258 during August double points month) or $31 ($62 during August double points month) of loyalty. You could then redeem 500 of the points for a $25 gift voucher or wait until you have 1000 points for the $50 voucher. You can see the amount you have spent using the My Account function in the Online Store.

When you reach one of our loyalty levels we will email you an online gift voucher so that you can redeem it on your next purchase.

Note: Items on special do not earn loyalty points & loyalty points expire 1 year from when the voucher has been issued.

 

Referral Points

Refer someone to Wobble and receive loyalty points on their first purchase.  This is a great way to earn points, you will receive a point for every dollar they spend. For example, if they spend $500 on their first purchase, they get 500 points and so do you! We know so many of our customers have been spreading the word, now you will be rewarded for it.

How does it work -

Hamilton store

The new customer mentions your name as the referrer when they join our loyalty program and make their first purchase.  You will be allocated the required points.

On the Web

During checkout there is a box called "add comments about your order".  If your friend mentions your name as their referrer in that box, you will be allocated the correct number of points.

Note: During a Double Points month the purchaser will receive double loyalty points and the referrer will not earn any points.
