How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As we have a retail store, we have most items in stock. In this case, you will get your order in just a few days. There are some products that are supplied to us differently or we cannot hold stock of every available option. If a product you have ordered is not in stock we will do the following
Let you know when the product is due to arrive.
Ask you if you would like the rest of your order shipped now and the balance of your order later.
If we have another option in stock (i.e. different colour) we will let you know in case you would like to change.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes we will gift wrap for free. During the checkout process, say you want gift wrapping in the “Add comments about your order” box.
What is the best way to locate products on the site?
We have tried to lay out the categories (green) menu in a meaningful way, but we do have hundreds of products. You can also use the brands (blue) menu to locate products. Another option is the search. Click in the Search box and put in words that describe what you're looking for and click the GO button. If you don't find what you're looking for, try a simpler term.

Do you ship overseas?
No we do not ship overseas.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, if you would like to send a gift directly to someone you can. During the checkout process select the “Change Address” button and add in the new details. You can create lots of different address options and choose which one to use each time you order. If you would like a card sent also, purchase a card from our Gifts category. In the “Add comments about your order” box, put in the text you would like in the card.

Are my credit card details safe?
Yes we are using a company that specialises in electronic transactions (called DPS) to handle the credit card transactions. During the order process, you will be transferred to the secure DPS page (https) when your card details are required.
If I try again, will I be charged twice?
No, unless you get a message saying your transaction was successful, you wont be charged. If you get a failure because details are incorrect, you can try again.
Gift Vouchers
How do I buy an Online Gift Voucher for someone?
If you would like to send someone else an Online Gift Voucher you can purchase them under Gifts \ Vouchers from the green menus on the left. Choose the denomination that you want and proceed to the checkout. If you want a different denomination that what we have listed, just use the quantites or multiple vouchers to get the denomination you require. During the checkout process, enter the full name and email address of the person to receive the voucher in the "Add comments about your order" box. We will send out an email containing the Online Gift Voucher for the full amount of the vouchers that you have purchased.
How do the online vouchers work?
You will receive an email from us containing an Online Gift Voucher. Each voucher contains a unique code. The email will have a link that you can click on to redeem the voucher.
This doesn't mean you have to spend it right away, it will just add the value of the voucher to your account. When you make your next purchase, you can use the money from the voucher for your purchase.
When you click on the link in the email you will be asked to logon with your Wobble username and password. You will then see a screen similar to below.

You can then click on My Account in the top right hand corner (shown below in the top red oval) and see the balance of the voucher (shown below in the bottom red oval).

When you have credit in your account from a voucher, you see an additional option on the Payment information screen during the checkout process.
If you want to use the credit you have, click on the "Tick to use Gift Voucher account balance" box (shown below). The voucher credit will be deducted from the amount of your purchase.
If you have a greater credit than the purchase amount, the remaining credit will stay in your account until next time. If the credit is less than the purchase amount, you will be asked for your credit card details for the balance remaining.

When you proceed further through the checkout process to the confirmation page, you will see the amount of gift voucher credit that will be used for the purchase (as shown below).

Will I be able to redeem my loyalty Gift Vouchers online?
Yes, as soon as you earn enough loyalty points for a voucher we will send you an email containing an Online Gift Voucher. You can then use the process above to redeem your rewards.
