Stress Free Shopping Guarantee
We try our very best to make shopping with us as simple as possible, but there will be times when certain items are out of stock or we can not provide the exact item you were looking for. When you place an order with us we will ship the goods that day or the next business day, if we have stock. If we don't have the colour or exact option you were after, we will email you with some alternatives, or a date when we expect stock to be back in. If you don't want another option, or don't want to wait, just let us know and we will refund your purchase to your credit card.
For items that we need to place a special order for, we allow cancellation up to 7 days after the order has placed. This includes Bugaboo strollers and Touchwood cots.

How to order
We will only accept orders to be delivered to New Zealand addresses. If you are overseas and want to buy for someone in NZ, you can.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Amex
- Diners
NOTE: Payment via Internet banking is also an option if you do not have a credit card. Email info@wobble.co.nz if you want more details.
Currency
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and include GST.
Delivery
Delivery will be by Courier. We need you to provde a physical address for delivery. If you are in a rural delivery area, please let us know as we need to use different courier stickers on your parcel.
We have a standard charge of $6.00 per order, for delivery anywhere in New Zealand, but delivery will be FREE for orders over $50 during December. Just process your order like normal and the system will deduct the freight if your order comes to more than $50 before shipping.
We will contact you if any items on your order are out of stock.
Some items from your order may be dispatched separately from the rest of your order due to stock delays.
Laybuys
We can do laybys online, just email info@wobble.co.nz and let us know what you want to buy and we will sort out the rest.
Gift Vouchers
We have online gift vouchers. If you want to buy a special gift, but can't decide exactly what to get, you can buy them an online gift voucher. Just follow these simple steps -

You will find Gift Vouchers under Gifts / Vouchers in the green menu.

Select the Voucher and the denomination you require.

During checkout, put the email address of the person to receive the voucher and your message in the "Add comments about your order" box.
Privacy
We will only use personal information for the purpose in which it was provided i.e. to complete online orders and for Wobble newsletters (via email). Personal information will never be shared with 3rd parties. All newsletters will contain an unsubscribe facility that will prevent any future newsletters being sent (as per the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007).
Pricing
We attempt to ensure the prices we display are always correct, but there is always the possibility of error. On completion of your order you will get a system generated email that lists the products that you have ordered and the details that you have provided. This is not our acceptance of the prices that have been displayed. Acceptance occurs when we send you an email stating the goods have been dispatched for delivery.
Backorders
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will place it on backorder, notify you by e-mail of the likely availability time, and then dispatch it as soon as it arrives into our warehouse.
Returns & Refunds
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered please return it to us, with your receipt, within 30 days of purchase. The item, along with its original packaging, must arrive to us in an unused condition. If we are satisfied that the item has not been used and the packaging has not been damaged, we will then either exchange the goods or issue you a credit note. Please note, we will not refund you for your freight charges.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We will only provide a refund if items are proven to be faulty.
